Every Monday
Every Monday, throughout the morning, the streets of the commercial axis of the center of Tàrrega host a hundred stalls with products of fruit, vegetables, textiles, footwear, flowers and many other items and products. The market stretches along Agoders, Carme, Torras i Bages, Plaça Major and Plaça del Carme streets. This non-sedentary offer joins the attractive fabric of the city’s commercial establishments.
Tàrrega has maintained the genuine taste of life-long markets, having been held since 1319, when the king ordered that all goods be exhibited and sold in the Plaça Major on fair and market days.
