    Due to the regulations governing tourist establishments (Law 5/2012, of 20 March, on fiscal, financial and administrative measures and the creation of the tax on stays in tourist establishments), the tax on stays in tourist establishments will be applied in addition to the rate, which means that €1.00/pax/night + 10% vat will be added to this rate.
