The town is known as La Putxa, and is located next to the old road of Granyena.
It is located 480 meters above sea level, within the Espai Natural Protegit de Granyena , in the Xarxa Natura 2000, in a privileged geographical location and of great ornithological, environmental and landscape value.
From the house you can see spectacular 360º views. To the north, the Pyrenees, from Port del Compte to the Huesca Pyrenees; to the west, the extensive plain of l’Urgell, to the south, the Sierra del Tallat and to the east, the plateaus of Segarra.
The landscape and the views of the Torre del Codina are unique and extraordinary.
Pictures speak more than a thousand words.
If you come from Barcelona.
Coming from the A2 motorway, exit at Tàrrega Est (first Exit 510 from Tàrrega).
At the first roundabout with the capital letters of Tàrrega, take the third exit towards Tarragona.
Immediately reach the roundabout where there is an old tractor, and here you go straight down. You will come to a traffic light, go straight on, cross Avinguda Generalitat and you will immediately find a roundabout with olive trees..
Go straight on the main road and cross the river Ondara. Just past the bridge, turn and take the first street on the left (C / Santiago Russinyol) and immediately take the dirt road that comes out on the left.
Follow the wide path on the left for a few minutes and take the first turn on the right (you can’t go straight on because crossing is forbidden).
It is a wide road. You will cross the Segarra Garrigues Canal. Just after crossing it, turn left uphill. Follow this path for a few minutes until you see an old house with some very tall pines.
After this house, there is a crossroads. Turn left. Now, on the right, you can see the Torre del Codina. Follow this path for another 100m and enter the path to the estate.
You have already arrived.
